Shipping Policy

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. The fulfillment time to make your order is 2–5 business days.

Please note: 

• Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 

• Fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold. 

• Fulfillment for large orders may take longer on average, but it should still be fulfilled within 5 business days. 

• The fulfillment times provided are an estimate, but not a guarantee.

Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately:

• mugs

• postcards and stickers

• pillows with stuffing

• posters

• framed posters

• canvas

• bean bag cases

• keychains and pet tags

• water bottles

In some cases, products from the same order may be fulfilled at different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. You will receive an email when each product ships.

International Orders

​

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Mperial Illustrations & Art is not responsible for these fees. Customers will be responsible for paying these fees to the appropriate customs agency.

We ship to all countries and territories except for Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
